The hotel itself is pretty and in a good central spot of downtown. The rooms were clean, the a/c worked well. The staff isn't overly friendly and took a long time to get any sheets for our pull out couch and also the phone in our room wasn't working. The facilities could use some TLC, but overall fine.

The room was very nice, comfy beds and linens, sizeable bathroom with great-smelling hair products. Plenty of lighting. The blackout shades let tons of light escape from the tops so don't expect a dark sleep-in. The elevators look old and need updates.
