This is a small apartment attached to the beautiful house, with separated entrance. Safe and nice neighborhood. Guest can park his/her in the big drive way under carport. Great location 5 min from Phoebe facilities in Dawson road, also 5 min from Albany Mall. In addition very quiet place day and night..
