The staff was rude upon checking and leaving. We have an adult autistic child which had an accident and peed the bed even though he’s in diapers they charged us cleaning fee even though the bed had a mattress pad. The manager refused to call us back as there was no manager on duty for two whole days will never stay at this hotel again.

I got a call at 10pm and 3am from desk saying maintenance need to get in room. Didn't call for maintenance. When checked out told clerk. Didn't feel like I was taken serious.
