The space is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals in total comfort. The living room is the heart of the living area. The room is spacious and furnished with a high-quality sofa bed that can accommodate two people, perfect for families or small groups. The smart TV provides the ideal entertainment for relaxing evenings, while the desk creates a dedicated corner for those who need to work or study. Two French windows illuminate the room with natural light and provide direct access to the balcony, ideal for outdoor relaxation.

Bathroom:

The bathroom is an oasis of elegance and functionality. The tastefully decorated room has a large modern shower cubicle, perfect for a relaxing break after a day exploring the city. Attention to detail and high-quality materials ensure a refined and cosy ambience.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that since we are not a hotel, Italian law requires us to provide guests with any type of food, even just plain oil, salt and pepper, and since we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its facilities during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.



Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
