Welcome to Villa Sa Pitxuri, located in the Torre Soli Nou residential area, close to the beach and all amenities. This 120 m² villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine. For your convenience, you have Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, reversible heating, a TV, a washing machine, and beach towels.



Enjoy the private garden, terrace, and a balcony with sea views. The private outdoor pool, about 8 x 4 meters, is surrounded by a spacious terrace perfect for relaxing in the sun. A private barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.
