Villa Carpe Diem is ideal if you're looking for a centrally located house. The popular resort centre of Calan Porter is a 5 minute walk away, with a diverse choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach is also within walking distance, ¾ mile from the house. This 3 bedroom villa has a south-facing private pool that is perfect for lazy days, as well as a contemporary interior. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included.

The location of Villa Carpe Diem is fantastic! Just 5 minutes' walk takes you to the family friendly resort of Calan Porter. There's a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants, which can be enjoyed by all the family. The fabulous beach is a sandy cove with turquoise waters and is ¾ mile from the villa. The popular Caves of Xoroi - a popular tourist attraction - are also 10 minutes' walk away.

Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1.1 - 2 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
