Welcome to this superb, fully renovated 230 m² villa, located at the entrance to a charming village just 10 minutes from Ajaccio, 15 minutes from the beaches, and 20 minutes from the airport. Designed to accommodate up to 13 guests, it offers an ideal setting for holidays with family or friends.
Spread over several levels, the house features 6 comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The bright living spaces open onto beautiful furnished terraces offering unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
The fully equipped indoor kitchen is complemented by a remarkable semi-covered summer kitchen with a barbecue, griddle, dishwasher, and a large, inviting table perfect for enjoying long Corsican evenings.

Outside, the landscaped 1,700 m² grounds boast a magnificent 15-meter infinity pool, a true invitation to relax in a tranquil setting. A cell phone tower is installed at the rear of the villa.
