Modern and fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and crockery. Perfect for cooking even during longer stays.

Double bedroom

Elegant and quiet room with double bed, spacious wardrobe and direct access to the balcony. Ideal for resting in total tranquillity and privacy.

Second Bedroom

Equipped with two single beds, perfect for families with children or groups of friends. Tastefully furnished and designed to ensure comfort.

First Bathroom

Modern bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Bed linen and towels provided.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

(The price per night includes the management fee of 25%+VAT)

Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I also inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide our guests with any kind of food even just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.



Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
