Q Premium Resort

Free i ternet only in lobby. If you want internet in the room it is €15/week extra. No free icecream as advertised. Long ques for food. Ordered VIP transfer for 09:30 day before departure. Came into reception at 09:15 asking to confirm transfer and was informed that taxi eill cone on time. 09:30 taxi did not arrive. Receptionist at my insistsnce called taxi and told me that taxi will cone at 10. Long argument took place, I pressed “redail” button to talk to the taxi service and got “laundry room” meaning receptionist did not call taxi service. Manager not too interested in meeting me to redolve the issue. Not recommended this hotel. Stafffriendly, reception terrible customer service.
