Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels. The only small minus that not that many of the staff understood English, which lead to some misunderstandings during the stay.

A couple things we didn’t like: A/C in the room was not cooling properly, bad odor from the sink and shower drains. First Family Holiday in Turkey – A Great Experience! This was our first time holidaying in Turkey with kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. When we arrived, I wasn’t happy with the room, but to my surprise, they offered us several alternative options to choose from — something you don’t often see at hotels. It made a great first impression. Room cleaning could have been better, and we did have to raise it with the hotel, but they responded quickly and did their best to sort it out. One of the standout features was having a personal manager assigned to us — it made everything so much easier and stress-free. All in all, a great hotel with fantastic staff. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I spent 8 nights here, and it was amazing. The hotel and the staff deserve a 7 star review. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean, food was AMAZING. The beach was clean with lots of seating. The pool was the perfect temperature and also had lots of seating - and close to the lunch buffet. The staff at the Kirman were the best part - everyone was very kind, welcoming, professional and very accommodating to our needs, and also very fun. The staff made our time here unforgettable. A young gentlemen (server) named Yunus, took extra special care of us - he was professional, kind and caring, accommodating, and assisted us with anything we needed. Kirman hotel is very lucky and blessed to have such amazing staff.
