The staff were very professional and welcoming and the registration process was great. The restaurant food was excellent and room was very clean, however, there were a lot of insects in the room and access to the room is only through stairs which may be prohibitive. We had to leave early and requested some refund, but were turned down immediately although we checked out before before 12 pm with full additional night paid.

Exceptional friendly staff! From arrival to departure we experienced nothing but friendly people. The breakfast was high quality including a range of food and beverages made especially by request. The hotel is quite small and it almost felt like the staff was family. Only one thing confused us and should be improved. When looking at the pictures we got the impression the pool and the peer is included in the hotel package as it is a part of the hotel without any visible marks. It shows significant additional costs must be paid to use these areas known as "Beach Club". This should obviously clearly have been mentioned in advance and I decide to believe this is a failure and not on purpose since all other aspects was perfect! The beach area is great and there is plenty of sunbeds available. Gym is great. Rooms are great. The distance from Alanya is great. Far enough away to obtain a quiet atmosphere and close enough to reach city center in 5 minutes. We would be happy to visit again - best recommendations!

Staff are not as attentive as expected, maybe they are just struggling with the language barrier. Good location by the beach but we went on the 3rd week of April, amenities aren’t ready. A bit quiet. TV was not working, replaced by regular tv (not smart) so only Turkish channels that we did not understand. Not too bad but lower quality than expected and promoted.
