Excellent hospitality. I was sick and coughing when I was waiting for a taxi at the lobby. The staff gave me a medicine and took care of me very gently. Room and facility are clean and comfortable. The bar in the hotel is cozy. I will definitely use this hotel again.

The reception service can be improved. I asked the lady (with glasses; medium length straight hair) to make a duplicate key, she threw it on the counter with no smile and eye contact, which was very rude, though when I asked her why she did this to me later, she apologised, saying she did not mean it. The room was refurbished and clean, but providing basic amenities upon request would be helpful, such as shower cap and cotton buds (there was none upon request).

Sleepless night

Hotel rooms are without AC and room temperatures are above 30 degrees. All you are given is a small tabletop fan. Health hazard for young childer and elderly, for us it only meant 200€ for a sleepless night. Bar on the other side of the street will be loud until 04, so no possibility of opening doors or windows to cool down either.

Fick en uppgradering till en svit vilket var välkommet då vi stannade 5 nätter och det var fotbolls VM. Frukosten hade dock kunnat vara bättre då hotellet var fullbelagt och man bara hade en sida på buffé bordet med pålägg etc. vilket innebar mycket köande. Den logistiken borde vara bättre och även äggröran som snarare var äggstanning.

Huone oli erittäin mukava. Parveke ok mutta tasakatto edessä, jolle sadevesi jäi ummehtumaan latisti tunnelmaa ja näkymää. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja palvelualtista. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Keskeinen sijainti plussaa. Valitettavasti uima-allasta emme käyttäneet kylmän sään vuoksi. Voisimme tulla uudestaan mutta silloin haluaisin huoneen korkeammalta kuin 3 krs.
