Definitely a wonderful hotel super friendly staff @ front office and housekeeping, loved it. Aland is definitely worth the trip especially off off season and this one is a great option to stay at. Cheers !

Solid choice in Mariehamn. Central location. Not a difficult walk from the ferry, and close to everything else. My room was nice enough, WiFi worked great, and breakfast was really tasty. Best, the front desk helped me arrange a rental car for a day of exploring beautiful and interesting Aland.

Ett helt ok men rätt charmlöst hotell, beläget i rätt charmlösa kvarter. För ett så högt rumspris kunde man ändå förvänta sig att det fanns parkering till bilburna gäster som läst att hotellet har fri parkering, att det fanns tallrikar till alla under frukosten, att badrummen hade handdukstork, att AC:n på rummet fungerade, att fönstren gick att öppna och att bastun var inkluderad i rumspriset även eftermiddagar och kvällar.

Sisään kirjautuessa jouduttiin odottelemaan melkein puoli tuntia. Muutoin kaikki onnistui hienosti henkilökunnan kielitaidon (Suomi) puutteesta huolimatta. Huone tilava, siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Hotellin sijainti loistava, paikoitustilaa liian vähän, jouduimme välillä jättämään auton kadun varteen. Hotellin ravintola erinomainen.

Efter ha bott på hotellet många gånger och varit nöjda, var detta besök en besvikelse. Utan att ange att det rum vi placerades i, som var ett av två på hela hotellet, var väldigt litet och endast hade fönster mot receptionen. Badrummet var pyttelitet med endast en handdusch som efter användande blötte ned badrummet från vägg till vägg. Inga extra handdukar tillhandahölls för att torka golv och väggar. Dessutom så var den ena sidan av en av sängarna var så nedsutten att madrassen hela tiden gled av och måste läggas tillbaka under natten. Trots dessa brister debiterades vi samma pris som ett ”normalt” rum. Sammanfattningsvis, inte alls i samma klass som våra tidigare vistelser. På den positiva sidan så har hotellet en alldeles utmärkt resturang.
