There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well.

You can watch the ducks and geese fly by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp.

This quiet place sits tucked in right next to the Rio Grande river. It is located right on the edge of town heading up highway 149 to Creede where you are minutes from the mountains for a hike, access to fishing, or a short trip into the local shops.
