Summit is clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. Parking is easy right at the Front door. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there are nice amenities like a cooktop and sink, microwave and refrigerator, bottled water, and a coffee maker. Be aware that all guest rooms are upstairs, so if climbing stairs with a suitcase is a challenge, you will want to consider somewhere else, because there is no elevator. Hosts communicate very well through texts, and are very helpful with local needs.
