The room was spotless. The staff was there when needed. The room did have an odor upon entry but eventually went away. I’m thankful we stayed here on our trip.

Puck, I believe that was her name. Singlehandedly checked in a long line of guests while trying to resolve an issue for another couple (on hold). Never flustered and graciously took care of everyone. Desk staff always helpful.

Cleaning Staff had very loud walkie talkies I could hear through the doors when I was resting. Switching to an ear piece would be quieter. Rooms were very clean but walls were thin and being below someone who paced and stomped impacted my sleep a lot. If there’s any way to make the slamming doors quieter, it would be a better experience. Please provide more vegetarian protein breakfast options- there were only ham in the eggs and sausages and patties - nothing non meat protein. And tiny yogurt containers- More flavors of yogurt please. Also- the king “accessible room” did not have a roll in shower.
