Our stay in Taif

Had it not been for all of the loud children who were screaming and playing all night until after 4:30 am, this would have been a peaceful stay. There's no complimentary breakfast (we were told at reception) despite it being advertised- so don't get your hopes up. Be aware of mosquitos! There were a few in our room.

جيد الى حد ما

رائحة الغرفة مجارير (صرف صحي) لا تنفع للإقامة بتاتاً علماَ بأنه تم تغيير الغرفة في اليوم التالي لعدم وجود غرف متاحة الى غرفة افضل. المشكلة الثانية الواي فاي سيئ للغاية. ايضاَ مشكلة ثااثة في نوعية الحجز لقد اتممت الحجز على انه يوجد افطار مجاني لشخصين ولكن الحقيقة ان الفندق لا يوجد به افطار لعدم وجود مطعم اساساً لذا ارجوا اعادة النظر في الحجز وعمل اللازم وشكراً.

اسوأ استقبال

الاستقبال كان جدا جدا جدا سيء وعدم تجهيزهم للغرفه وعدم معرفتهم لاجراءات الحجز عن طريق المواقع واضطررنا للانتظار اكثر من ساعه واعطونا في الاول غرفه والحجز كان لشقه ثم غيروها لشقه ذات رائحه سيئه واخبرنا الاستقبال انه لايوجد غيرها .عادة الفنادق يعطو الاسوأ عند الحجز عن طريق النت ثم اعطونا شقه افضل منها وكانت متوفره وجاهزه ولكنهم اضاعو وقتنا ولم يعطونا هي من البدايه .المكان بصوره عامه جيد ونظيف ماعدا الشقه رقم ١١٦ فيها رائحه كريهه .وحجزنا عن طريق الموقع كان بإفطار مجاني لشخصين والفندق رفض تماما وجود افطار .
