This was one of our favorite stays in Iceland, mainly because this is where we got to see the most incredible Northern lights! The place was nice and cozy. Very little outside lightning to allow guests to wait for the northern lights. Wonderful place, could’ve had more bacon, but loved our stay here!

Very pleased with our one night stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. They had dinner buffet for 85k ISK. Breakfast was included and for a change we could get some scramble eggs and Bacon's. Sauna and hot tub included and open till 11 pm. Also, a new spa called Forest Lagoon has opened nearby which is a nice retreat with their large poops, sauna, and cold plunge. The hotel is a scenic 10 minute drive from downtown. All in all, highly recommended!

I rented this hotel mostly for sauna and hot tube. Hot tube (pictured on the Expedia) was not there. Instead it has a tiny may be 30 centimeters deep dirty tiny pool...The room was renovated and clean, breakfast average. 15 minutes drive from the city, not much to do there.
