Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were disappointed, arrived in late evening and were supposed to stay 2 days but we immediately booked another hotel (K16 apartments) for the following night, which for a little more money gave us a much better experience.
The issues we encountered: no free parking close by, 2 flights of stairs to carry our suitcases up to the apt, very small studio with sofa bed which occupies a lot of space when opened, plus an heavy glass and metal coffee table which further reduces space, no bath towels only hand towels, a pipe in the bathroom had a piece come off as soon as I hang the hand towels, kitchen had very worn out utensils and did not even have a frying pan. I wrote about the bath towels, I got a reply quickly but nobody showed up to give us the towels in the morning. We packed our bags and were gone in the afternoon, so not sure somebody came afterwards. Bad experience for us.
