SIME VILLA WITH PRIVATE BEAC

It is a luxury villa with views of the Ionian Sea and it is suitable for holidays and tranquility. It is located within 4 acres of olive groves and other trees and has access to a private beach (200 metres away). The villa is 10 minutes drive from Aktion Airport and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful island of Lefkada (URL). A kite surfing school is at close proximity (300 metres from the beach).
It is a very beautiful space consisting of 3 bedrooms, each of which has its own private (URL HIDDEN) bathroom which has bodyshop care products. The bedrooms are sunny and have views to the sea and the garden. It is very cool because every afternoon blows cool breeze from the sea and the rust of the leaves creates a unique calm and relaxation.The sunset from the central large balcony is fantastic.
