This luxury cottage with breath-taking panoramic views resides in the most privileged area of Limassol. The plot extends over 12.000m2. A contemporary vision created the cottage which naturally utilizes the elements of the surrounding cliffs, the sun, light, air, water. At sunset the house experiences a complete metamorphosis. The white cottage is engulfed by brilliant pastels of violet, turquoise and blue. A stunning play of light which gives the whole property an incredible atmosphere.
While swimming in the pool and relaxing on the spacious private peninsula you can enjoy the stunning views overlooking the cliffs, mountain and the lake at the south. This truly unique cottage is nestled high at the peninsula of Akrounta. You will love this house located in a peaceful place with a great view through the huge terrace to the lake. This cottage is suitable for couples and small families with one or two children. Though the cottage is part of huge villa, you will never feel bothered by anyone, since the owners of the villa are not leaving there permanently but there are only coming for a few days during the summer time. For the rest of year you can enjoy the cottage and its facilities without any limitations. Please note that the access to the villa is not permitted for our guest while our guests have full access to the swimming poll, terrace and to any other facilities which are located in front of the pool.

This beautiful designer cottage is packed with charm and modern style. Complete with a full kitchen and a beautiful full bathroom. The cottage comes fully stocked with everything you need. Including: High speed internet, Air condition, heating, TV, hairdryer, iron, dryer, microwaves, Netflix etc. A big kiosk for your bbq nights next to the pool is also available. There is a private entrance and parking spot for two cars and more at the end of the driveway.
The cottage is located close to the traditional village of Yermasogeia (1 Km) and very close to the beach. The local village offers a lot of dining choices and take-away options. There are also many pubs within 10 minutes drive offering a wide selections of places to dine.

To fully explore our beautiful island it is recommended that you rent a car. There is a regular bus service to Limassol town during the day (approx every 10 minutes) A big supermarket is approx a 5 minute drive away and is open until 9pm.
