The room was recently remodeled but there was ongoing remodeling in the lobby and other parts of the hotel. The continental breakfast was offered not except for granola bars due to remodeling. It was very noisy and disruptive overnight with talking in hallwsys and sounds of someone moving chairs. We were there for one short night and the price was reasonable considering the modeling, but if we were staying longer, it would not have been a good experience.

It was false advertising on the website!! I got a suite room with a bedroom and I was told the room had no furniture which the tv was in the living room with no furniture to sit and watch it and the bedroom only had a bed! Then they moved my room to a cheaper one never returned the difference in pricing I paid the hotel was dirty and the guests were loud and obnoxious! Then there was absolutely no continental breakfast like promised on the website there wasn’t even coffee!! Which was super frustrating I wasn’t happy with my stay at all

No breakfast despite saying breakfast included. Hallways smelled like people were smoking, no ice machine or anything due to construction. Room was nice and smelled good and was clean but the deadbolt didn't lock which made me nervous since it was just my 8 year old and I. Staff was nice. My son forgot his hoodie that he just got for his birthday last week after checking out. Half hour later after realizing, we drove back and they were able to get it for us. Overall decent stay for what we needed. Was in town from Cincinnati for a concert at Blossom and just needed somewhere to sleep.

Everything was good, except that the breakfast was not available (though its mentioned that it’s available while booking). This caused an extra hour to go out and look for a breakfast place and eat and come.. Had we known regarding that earlier, we would have booked a different place that was available nearby with a breakfast. That caused extra time and money and also to rush to meet the checkout time (which is difficult to manage when you have small kids).

I got a great price and would go back if I could get a room not so close to the elevator. They were supposed to have breakfast but there was a sign that it was temporarily unavailable so they offered coffee and granola bars. BUT, it was inexpensive, clean and safe.
