Staff was wonderful very cooperative and helpful. Restaurant was incredible, truthfully an unexpected surprise. I would book this hotel again just for the food quality staff and restaurant. Beautiful setting over the Cuyahoga river Rapids only downside freeway noise from close by.

Staff was above and beyond fantastic. Such a pleasure to check in to a place that employees at the front desk are both friendly courteous and helpful, very much seem to enjoy their jobs. The restaurant was over the top exceptional. On every level, staff, service and food all amazing. We came here for the room and would certainly come back for overall experience of the restaurant.

Good location near the center of town. Common areas were very nice but room was just a touch under 4:5 star. Especially troubling was that the room phone did not work. Discounted price thru Expedia made it a great deal.

This hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area where you can walk to all the restaurants and bars and shops, and the view from your room of the Falls is an awesome bonus! Love staying here !

This is an old hotel about to go through renovations. There were a few glitches like the phone in our room didn’t work, and they had no intention of fixing it. Otherwise everything was acceptable. The on site restaurant and view of the waterfalls in the river from our suite were the highlights.
