When we arrived the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly!! Our first room was however was not. It took several tries to get the door to open, when it did finally open the smell of dirty dog smacked us right in the face. You could tell they attempted to spray a deodorizer it just didn’t work.. after deciding I couldn’t handle the scent, we left out to go to the front desk and I couldn’t get the door to shut the lock was stuck. I wish I could remember the woman’s name from the front desk she was so nice and quickly moved us to another room that smelled very clean!!! The beds were soft and comfy and the rest of the stay was perfect!!

I killed a bug in my room! I used to stay here as a teenager and now I'm in my 70s and this place has not changed. No way to keep food cold. No way to heat food up. No carpet on the floor. No hair dryer. No tissues. People smoking all over the outside. Butts on the ground. The Staff was very nice and it is a good place to stay if all you need to do is sleep. I was hardly there so it was fine.

Our Tv didn’t work. Trash cans in walkthrough areas were constantly overflowing. Other guests had personal items sitting outside their rooms for days. There were dirty diapers on the awning over the entrance directly visible from the balcony overlook. We will never go back.
