We really had a great time here. The pool side room is great. It wasn't crowded, and I liked that. It could use some cosmetic upgrades in some places but over all a nice place. the free breakfast was actually a breakfast lol We would definitely go back.

Great for families. Travelled with a young toddler. He loved the atrium, so much so we requested to have a room right up to it shortly after we checked in. Staff was happy to accommodate, made the stay so fun. Things are a little dated but overall was a good experience. My kid loved the arcade, pool and generally being able to get his energy out running around.

Could have been cleaner. There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45.

Very dated hotel but great location for exploring the national park near by. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, play space, ping pong, and indoor mini golf. The rooms were clean but common spaces could use major updating and deep cleaning.
