The breakfast is good and the coffee is freshly made. The beds are comfy and the staff in the front desk is helpful as well.

Checked into the hotel and went to the room and it was a used rag in there. Went to the desk to ask for a new one and I’m sure she asked me for my room number to charge me for it. Started intching and I pulled the covers back and found a bedbug. So at 1200 in the morning I had to pack my children up at 7 months pregnant and drive my children home because they didn’t feel comfortable.

Great amenities for kids! We look for places with pools purposely, but this place had a whole kids play area and arcade, which was really nice.

Staff was very nice but I was lied to about all of the amenities being open. The small pool was closed when we got there which i have younger kids and prefer them to use that. The room was clean except for the bathroom pubic hairs in sink and tub dirt stain still in the tub and then stains in the tub from not being properly cleaned on the regular. Breakfast only had waffles bread products sausages no other meat runny eggs I just really wasn't up to my standard if I would had paid $80 for the rooms I wouldn't be mad but I paid $149 for each room and I had two so I could've definitely went somewhere else for that price other than that like I said their employees was very nice.

The property has a very interesting indoor pool area with an old-fashioned arcade and other amenities. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. The breakfast staff was very friendly.

Overall we had a good time. A bit pricey for two rooms. A bit outdated but overall clean. Pool walls need cleaned. The pool is 3,5,7 and 9ft. Please dont leave your kids unsupervised in the water if you know they cant swim. No lifeguards! Wristbands arent the greatest idea as far as how they do it. People should be able to have guests for the entertainment center up to a certain number with a charge for the wristband. And they leave once party is over. Smart tvs would go a long way. And clean the balcony tables etc on a regular basis. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to navigate once you kearn the halls. Breakfast was good. Kids loved making their own waffles. Parents need to be mindful of their kids. Alot of unsupervised kids resulted in some rowdiness so to speak. All races in case anybody wants to think otherwise.

Started by having our ice bucket had water, cigarette butts in it because the tenant before us must have smoked in the room and cleaner didn’t catch that. Toilet screamed every time it was flushed. There were Kids running and screaming, no staff or parents holding anyone accountable. Weed smokers were everywhere. I was pretty sure breakfast was at 6 and we needed to get on the road at 6:15, to be told that breakfast didn’t start that day til 6:30. Was not a good stay.
