Staff here was amazing. Great customer service in a time when many companies offer none. Nice roomy room. I love they have the steaming apps on the tv but they need prime! We had a great dinner in their restaurant!

We got there early in the morning, well before check in.. and Mrs. B at the front desk made a call or 2 and was able to get us a room that was all ready to go within about 30 minutes... She was great, whatever you are paying her... you should double it and make sure she stays with your company.

The hotel and pool was really nice and clean our rooms were a bit dirty, crumbs on the floor the fridge didn’t cool and the beds were super hard. The bathrooms were nice and newer. All in all a good stay without any issues. The rooms could have been a little cleaner.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel itself was lovely and in a great location. My son absolutely loved the pool. The breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety, but it was still good overall. Honestly, the best part of the hotel was the amazing staff!

We made our 2 room reservations 2 months prior. When we arrived our rooms were 4 floors apart. When I asked if we could be put closer together, she said we are sold out. I have no idea what that has to do with our two rooms we rented. Most employees seemed unfriendly/too busy or uninterested to answer questions. I asked if there was breakfast she could recommend we could walk to, and the lady huffed like she was put out to tell me. Hotel itself was nice. Had a coffee pot but no coffee. Coffee from the hotel that was $4.50 was so strong we could barely drink it. The garbage cans outside were overflowing. I usually love double tree hotels but this one I’m not to sure about.
