Not so great.

Hall leading to room was dirty. Hallway smelled like vomit. Refrigerator worked but didn’t cool enough for safe storage of food. Hallways were noisy at night.

My room smelled like cigarettes, no drain plugs in sink, heat/ac didn’t work properly, windows weren’t insulated so I heard traffic and construction all night long, elevators smelled like cigarettes, hot breakfast items were questionable with ice cold eggs and multi-colored sausage, the coffee station was dirty, the pool area was likely not maintained with what is assumed to be mold growing on tiles, a substance growing on ventilation outlets, and floaties in the water. I saw two or three families with small children here and felt terrible for them. Do NOT stay here. It’s cheap but there’s much better options at this price point. The Mexican restaurant across the road was great though!

The hot tub bottom was gravelly and the water was soapy. Pillows are not comfortable. Bathroom is very tiny. Breakfast was mediocre.

This being a pet friendly property, they should put pets in their own area of the hotel so as not to disturb people that don't have pets. Also, due to some being allergic to pets...the hotel should be separated accordingly. There were 2 dogs in the room next to ours that howled and cried off and on all night. And my friend kept sneezing.

Very nice comfortable clean room. Parking was convenient with several dining options nearby. Easy access to highway. Convenience store within walking distance. My door did not close properly. Had to essentially slam it That was the only issue. Breakfast was sufficient. Good coffee. Checkout was 12:00 which was very nice.
