We stayed two night and the first morning the breakfast was not any good, they ran out of stuff and didn't replenish it. The second morning the breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Guess it depends on who is running the breakfast.

Upon arrival, staff was wonderful; especially Gwen. As for the room, TV had issues, therefore we used our own logins. Bathroom shower needs a thorough cleaning as there was mold leaking underneath fixtures. Furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Pull out couch felt like sitting on a cement bench. Bed low with limited pillows. Otherwise just okay.

The room was very spacious. Shower water pressure and temperature were very good. We were there for five nights and found the kitchen supplies to be sufficient. The location was good for restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again.

When I first walked in, I was greeted by the staff immediately and I felt welcome. I had to check an early because I had to go to a funeral and it was no problem. After I went into the room I was really impressed with it. It was clean and large and well worth the money! I had a good night sleep, it was so quiet and peaceful and the mattresses were exactly what I needed. They made accommodation for me because I am handicapped. The staff helped me a lot and even brought me up coffee in the morning no charge! I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this hotel is anyone looking for a hotel in this area with a service animal.

Did not feel welcome! Front desk was making up rules. Making our stay unenjoyable. This hotel has long term tenants and those tenants are rude and disrespectful. We did not feel save after the tenant verbally threatened our guest and children. Will never return to this hotel everagain
