The room was spotless but loose the mirror in front of the closet; it swings back in front of the bathroom and obstructs the entrance. The breakfast was good. The staff was professional and courteous.

My 1st room was extremely dirty. The sheets were not changed with stains and long hairs on the sheets, the bedskirt had some type of "fluid" spray on it. The ceiling was crumbling and peeling in the bathroom. The walls were filthy. I was walked to a 2nd room by the manager and when we went in the bed was unmade, there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. The manager asked me to go back to the 1st room and wait until he could find a suitable room. He came back for me and we went to a 3rd room. It was just barely ok. At this point I was tired and needed to get into a room. The pillow cases were all stained with small blood spots in every room. The 3rd room the mattress was stained and filthy. I don't believe any of the sheets had been changed even though the comforters were tucked and made. There was a false eyelash and some type of bugs in the bed. I don't think they were bed bugs but some other type of pest. The coffee maker had about an inch of dust on it. The cleanliness of this hotel was unacceptable. The manager promised me 3 nights free and never followed through after several attempts at contacting him by phone and email. This was Christmas Eve and I was visiting my family for the holidays. I didn't stay my 2nd night and left after Christmas dinner because I wasn't comfortable at all. The staff was friendly, however without a follow through on their word it makes it hard to give this hotel any positive feedback.
Saneva 19 greeted us as we arrived and provided us with information and service. She provided us delightful service as we entered for our stay. I am hoping that she receives this feedback! She is outstanding!
Everything was clean, breakfast was good, would stay here again.

Staff was horrible. We called ahead for a next day check in willing as expected to pay for the night we missed. They gave our room away and turned my handicapped elderly parents away. The despicable staff told us the representative that helped us the night before was not authorized to do what he did. WOW. Turned us away in a blizzard. Worst hotel ever!
Kingsize bed we paid for was changed to two twin beds that were too small for us. Morning breakfast was a half an hour late because cook was late. Loud activity in hallway ran well past 3 am and we couldn't sleep. Staff was polite but it was an unpleasant experience.
The Staff was excellent.
They took care of any issues we had with gladness and a positive attitude.
If we were to return, we'd be pleased to stay here again.
The things that were out of there control, they made every effort to make our stay pleasant.
