While looking for the the remote for our tv, we found old socks, old juice and trash in general. So that was disappointing as well as our sheets had old stains. Our shower water was Luke warm at best it was cold and the sink water was hotter. During our stay the hotel texted me asking how our stay was going I rated a 2. Got a text to ask about calling us and I stated anytime was fine and I never received a call from management to address the issues. We went to the pool as well to which no towels were present. Not very pleased with our stay over all.

The room and common areas were spotless. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The new renovation is well done - just like a new hotel. Our only negative is the very strong smell of air freshener. Cut down on this as doesn’t need it. We do highly recommend this hotel.
