Hotel was very clean, room was a comfortable temperature, staff was very kind. We booked this hotel with our 6 week old baby because they advertise a refrigerator in the room which we needed for his milk. The fridge never got cold enough in the 2 hour timer it has. I ended up deciding to get ice to keep it cold. We didn’t have a bucket or bags for the ice so I ended up using coffee cups which of course melted fairly quickly even kept in the closed fridge. The stay was seamless other than that but that was a huge hiccup for us.

Everything was great. Coffee and hot water was not always piping in the lobby and there was no microwave in the room, but I was able to run it through the coffee maker in the room to heat it up. Everything was very comfortable. As expected for a Hampton Inn.

The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. Staff was courteous, efficient, available and friendly. There was not enough washcloths in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating in supplying those needed, but I had to dress and ask for them. Maybe I could have just called the desk. Also ran out of facial tissues. Finally, the hotel could use vending machines. I was told there wasn't any.

Standard breakfast with nice variety. What stood out at this location was the staff! Everyone always had a smile and said hi every time I would walk past the desk. A very friendly staff that made me feel very welcomed. The room was on par with many other Hampton Inn’s I have stayed in. This facility, what stood out the most was the fantastic staff.

Not the best choice

We went for a couples anniversary trip to the halls of fames in the area. We got no sleep due to uncomfortable bed and neighbors had a big dog that barked periodically all night long. The door also would not shut without slamming it.
