Elevator not working, grab and go breakfast was average, front office staff was working hard but charm and cheer , welcoming smile missing. Was talking in a foreign language while check-in, by default we expect two keys, surprised that I was asked for how many I want. Pros Parking, neat bathroom and clean room. For one night stay I will take it, but clients coming with family will have difficulty staying here.

I reported a Broken lamp and ac cover. Found someone's belongings under the bed. Our toilet ran. Looks outdated and there were lots of scrapes on walls/furniture. The beds were clean & comfortable.
