It was so dark. Exterior lights flickering, the room lights were half burnt out and had very dim bulbs. The bathtub was grey and grimy. Towels were tiny. Thermostat not hooked up, but no sign stating to use the window unit. The bed was rock hard with creaky springs, and there were just four tiny pillows. The bath towels were small and few in number. All over the facility are big signs warning about fines for smoking. Fines threatened everywhere, including hanging from the smoke detector on the ceiling. I get that it was a problem in the past, but it’s very off putting. As a woman traveling solo, I checked out early due to feeling unsafe.

The bedsheets were dirty and the towels were very old and threadbare. There was a major disturbance in the middle of the night. The fire dept medics and police arrived in the morning while we were checking out. The police explained to the desk clerk that they were responding to a dangerous situation and needed immediate access to the room down the hall from us.

The elevator was disgustingly gross and does not properly work. Opens up too slow when you come down the second floor to get the first. At first I thought we were stuck in the elevator. In the room the bed was very uncomfortable, doors needed fixed. The coffee machine was not cleaned. The jetted tub looked so old. Looks like they used house paint to try and make it look good once. It was so old looking. It did work though.

This property needs some serious attention. The first room reeked of smoke soo bad I asked for a different room. The key card to the second room did not work. The door would not lock. The room didn't get cleaned. Hair on the bed sheets, makeup was also on the bed sheets. The towels need updated in dingy and ragged. Someone destroyed the bathroom doors.

Room was very clean and comfortable (and the hotel itself was peaceful); however, there was a distinct aroma of tobacco mixed with marijuana that seemed to be coming through the ventilation system. Breakfast could have had better options (i.e. butter for the waffles and other bread items, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc.).

We were at the property for about 10 minutes. The first room we went in was filthy! We went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. They gave us keys to another room without even asking why. We got to our second room and there were still dirty washcloths hanging in the bath. We checked out immediately after that. Again the front desk didn’t even ask why. It’s like they already knew that the hotel was filthy! We will never book there again!

The room wasn’t clean i immediately had room service come to clean the bathroom which still wasn’t cleaned well enough, i literally had to go to the local Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself it was horrible… the bedding was also dirty which the room service had to replace and the new bedding had burn marks in the blanket smh
