We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it is in a very convenient location (<5 minutes from the JR station). The staff were nice and we were checked in fairly quickly. There are 4 laundry machines for this hotel to be used by the guests and we did not experience any long wait times. The only thing I was not a fan of were the pillows as they were kind of hard and not comfortable to sleep on.

Spacious room, clean and new design. Friendly staff and can speak English. Coin laundry at 5th floor. Washer and dryer also clean. Toilet paper a bit thin, and amenity corner does not provide face cotton pads. Overall is good and worth to stay!
