The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. We had trouble with our first room having a water leak and they helped us move to a second room. The front desk staff also assisted us with local tabel recommendations. The hotel is convenient for anyone traveling around the Tokyo area because it is close to a train station and a mall.

Nice Hotel in Akishima

Nice hotel and very reasonably priced. Very close to the Akishima Station and across from coffee shops and a grocery store. Also had breakfast and dinner included so even easier. Typical Japanese small rooms with fairly hard beds, but I'm getting used that!

It’s not super reasonable but still ok just for sleep. There’s a shopping area and restaurants so it’s very convenient. The only thing I was disappointed was I didn’t know about Parking wasn’t free.except that Food and service were good

It was right next to the train station, near a conveyor belt sushi place, and next to Mori Town. The price was acceptable. The beds were very firm and rigid. The view was lovely.

Akishima's best hotel

I have stayed here for years and it is a great deal. Next to the train station and shopping mall makes for a convenient experience. And the breakfast (included) is excellent. Staff never changes so they really care. Fee high speed WiFi too.
