The apartment was fine, however it is not receiving a top score due to internet availability. We understand if it was the weather that caused non-existence or unusable slow wifi. We were told it would be fixed the 1st day but no communication was given after that for 3 days as to why it wasn't. Very disappointing. Communication is key.

Everything was okay and the staff were great, it's just that the fridge wasn't turned on and there was a sign saying don't adjust the temp. We didn't realise it wasn't turned on until the morning when our milk and other dairy products were warm. We then checked the lead and saw the switch at the wall was off. Everything from the fridge had to be thrown out. For a unit with all other amenities, it should have a proper fridge, not a bar fridge with a tiny freezer that ices up (hence why it was switched off to defrost).

What was listed on the Expedia website was not correct. Expedia listed the room as having air conditioning and a jetted bath tub but the room only had a shower and a fan. Unfortunately the fan was quite dusty so when you turned it on it gave quite a smell. The room itself was in a great location, could do with a bit of a refresh inside though. Bathroom door didn’t latch which I let the team know about when I checked out. Might be an idea to let the restaurant know to tidy up their outside area a little more as the stairway leading to the room you had to walk past all the mops and rubbish etc outside

Great welcome . Lauren helped us with our bags and carried them upstairs. Amazing staff member. Great in room facilities with a fantastic washer and dryer. Quiet and lovely views of the bay from our balcony.

Huge apartment, very tidy and super comfortable. Amazing spot, right across the road from the harbour. Outdoor space a rwql added bonus. Excellent views and shops, cafes etc just steps away. Lovely staff at check in / check out. Yummy ice cream also in reception area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice room good location but wi- fi non existent in room. We had to go to car park to use it Wi fi in hotels is so important for travellers We buy data but try and conserve it to google maps etc. Everything else was absolutely great.

Property was big and definitely suitable for handicap as there were many handle bars around especially in the bathroom. Downside was the taps were cranky with spluttering hot and cold water which makes washing a pain
