Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all, we had booked a deluxe room which was quite decent shown the booking site but actually they give us a normal ac room to stay. The owner was not there & it was handled by the family. When we entered the room was not cleaned, garbage empty bottles were lying on the floor, bedding was also not done & the bedsheet had stains also some paper plates were lying beside the bed. It was a simple room with AC attached toilet & bathroom with 2 extra mattress and 1 chair. Very disappointment from the hotel like this. When we reach there to check in, no one in the family had clues or idea of our booking, when we called the door, one member said u have booking Non- AC or AC, we said Deluxe room with AC. One of his kid let us in the property take the stairs, hand over the key and said that's your room. What the heck, it was not deluxe, no wifi, only simple AC room. & We 4 guys were very tired from 10 hours travelling in bus & finally decided whatever the room looks will take because only it has AC in it.
