Stunning ocean-view apartment in a residential neighborhood

My 140 m2 apartment/dupleix is located in a very quiet area and in a small wooded residence located near the maquis and 500 meters from a sandy beach. Many food shops and others are also very accessible. The city center is only a 20-minute walk away. My apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped (since I occupy it for a very large part of the year). Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A beautiful living room and an open kitchen that opens onto a huge terrace/solarium fully equipped (table/garden furniture/deckchairs and barbecue) and planted with trees. Another terrace is located on the first floor.
Private parking is also offered in front of your entrance.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which has a kitchen. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
