The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problem I had was with the internet connection which was very weak and regularly disconnected. The views from my room were excellent and the room was very comfortable.

La salle de bains coulée

Deux jours et deux nuits dans cet établissement. Bonne literie, cuisine propre et bien équipée pour un séjour court. Sanitaires de salle de bains, d’un autre âge, fonctionnant mal (douche de la baignoire capricieuse, bonde du lavabo bloquée). Propreté très contestable. Cuvette des WC désolidarisée du sol. Tout cela laisse une impression très désagréable. Dommage car la vue depuis le balcon sur les îles Sanguinaires est magnifique.

Nombreux travaux à envisager

Accueil chaleureux, vue exceptionnelle... Mais... Dommage, établissement en cours de travaux, studio en très mauvais état, avec de nombreuses malfaçons à divers niveaux, une plaque de cuisson à peine collée, inutilisable, tuyaux de la climatisation à travers des trous dans les murs, cuvette wc en total déséquilibre au niveau du sol... armoire dépareillée sans fermeture... armoire de toilettes obsolète... robinetteries en bout de vie très difficiles à fermer... Saleté collée par couches sur le sol... Studio à rénover totalement !

Belle vue mer … résidence à rafraîchir

Résidence près de la plage, calme car en retrait de la route. Le cimetière en vue latérale n’est pas gênant. La vue pleine mer de la terrasse rattrape la vétusté de la résidence. Le personnel est aux petits soins !
