Villa La pointe d' Aspretto is located at the entrance of the city, 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the city center and 50 meters from the beach. Completely renovated, it consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. <br>On the first floor living space including a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room opening onto a furnished terrace with views of the gulf and the city of Ajaccio. You will also find a bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms, sea view and a bathroom with toilet.<br>The fourth bedroom is an independent suite on the first floor with dressing room and bathroom.<br>Regarding the outdoor part, you will find a swimming pool area with terrace equipped with sunbeds, straw hut. As well as a shaded area for meals equipped with a plancha.
