This charming apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Ajaccio.
We wanted to preserve the authenticity of the place with its exposed stones and beams.
The apartment is located in the centre of Ajaccio, in the famous pedestrian street Rue Cardinal Fesch.
It is 2 steps from the Fesch Museum, the new CAMPINCHI square (market square where you will find a wide range of products with local flavors...). Several beaches are within walking distance: St François beach; Trottel beach. A bus stop not far from the apartment will take you to the most beautiful beaches of Ajaccio where you can enjoy a lunch break in one of the straw huts on the Route des Sanguinaires.
The apartment. is located in the heart of Ajaccio, no need to be cared. You can go wherever the wind takes you: by train, by bus, on foot, by shuttle boat... everything is within easy reach: shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets ....
If you have a car, there are many parking lots nearby in the adjacent streets and the various parking lots of the municipality. Count 0.6 euros per hour, free between 12:00 and 14:00 and from 19:00 to 09:00, Sundays and public holidays.
With a surface area of 41 m², it is composed as follows:
