Dominating the city center of Chambéry, a few minutes walk from the historic center and the first departure of hiking in Chartreuse, our house welcomes you for holidays between city and nature. 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the office can accommodate up to 8 people. The large living room and open kitchen open onto a terrace facing south. The upper terrace dominates the city and offers a magnificent panorama. The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
Our house located on the first heights of Chambéry can accommodate two families. The ground floor has a bedroom with double bed and dressing room. There is also a large living room equipped with a modern and functional kitchen, as well as a separate toilet and a bathroom with Italian shower. The living room overlooks an ideal terrace for meals and idleness. A laundry room is available in the basement. The upper floor has 2 large bedrooms that can accommodate an extra bed and mattress, a desk with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with toilet. Once the access steps are crossed, the ground floor and its terrace are likely to accommodate a person with reduced mobility. A large driveway at the entrance of the lot allows to park several vehicles. Upstream of the house a large sun terrace and pergola dominates the city and faces the foothills of the Bauges. The ground is closed and sported.
