New apartment in a small residence located a few minutes walk from Place Clemenceau (downtown and market square) and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The lake is a 20-minute walk and the Chevalley Thermal Baths 1 km away but a bus stop is 150 meters from the residence. I also have a garage for your car and bike that I put at the disposal of travelers.

L'appartement est très bien, pour deux personnes voir 3 . Petite table . Pour manger . Il y a un grand carrefour Market qui est à 200 mètres. Et de nombreux restaurants dans un rayons de 500 mètres environ.

Trois semaines de location pour une cure . Les photos exposées ne correspondent pas ni le descriptif des produits à fournir .Manque d’entretien des appareils ménagers lave-vaisselle en panne plus d’une semaine Appartement sombre obligeant éclairage toute la journée .Linge de maison fourni draps serviettes de toilette avec une odeur très désagréable de sale à notre premier jour d’arrivée.Appartement au rez de chaussée dans une cour avec des voitures gaz d’échappement .Parking proposé n’appartenant pas à la propriétaire : plainte d’un voisin.Pas Clim , un très vieux ventilateur avec un bruit infernal .en résumé la location de cet appartement n’est pas à conseiller à nos relations .Cet appartement ne mérite absolument pas le s 3 étoiles mentionnées

Appartement très bien équipé et au calme

Appartement très bien équipé et moderne proche du centre ville à pied pour le lac en auto ou vélo dans une région magnifique, promenade et baignade. Aix les bains est une ville calme avec moins de touristes que Chambéry et Annecy à visiter aussi bref très bon séjour. Merci à la propriétaire très sympa 👍.

Merveilleuse surprise - Laurence a été très accueillante et disponible - l'appartement est parfait : beau - fonctionnel et très bien équipé ( électroménager ménager , literie , salle de bain ).Le garage est un plus car il est un peu difficile de se garer à Aix. Nous y avons passé trois semaines dans un appartement plus que parfait. Nous reviendrons.

Appartement bien situé , très bien équipé avec une décoration agréable .L'accueil est très sympathique , du linge et produits de toilette aux dosettes de café et thé ;rien ne manque . Très agréable séjour Willefert
