Stayed for one night when driving through. Was ok for that. The floor and rooms were suuuuuuper hot!! Thermostat read 27 C! Had to keep sliding door to balcony (nice balcony!) wide open all night to maintain a survivable temperature. Cleanliness of bathroom could have been better, between the rails of the towel rack was very dusty.

The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to ask for water and extra drinks when it was table service, and it was over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check-in with the guy was good. The room was not good; airconditioning did not work while we were on the top floor and it was 31 degrees outside! Toilet kept flushing, it was very annoying. The door key did not work, so for 2 days in a row we had several issues. Some ligths were not working properly. Patricia from the reception was very nice and helpful. However I would not recommend this hotel

Parking appréciable, hôtel très bien placé. La chambre était grande avec sa petite terrasse, salle de bien bien équipée. Accès à la piscine idéal après une journée de balade. Le petit plus est le très bon petit déjeuner que l'on peut prendre sur la terrasse au 3eme étage avec une vue rêvée sur le lac du Bourget.

Nous avons réservé une suite, on nous a donné la gamme du dessous sans nous informer …. La suite ne ressemblant pas aux photos nous avons contacté l accueil … effectivement ce n est pas la bonne chambre, c est la gamme en dessous. Pas de suite disponible, pas de geste commercial . La nana s en fichait .

Proche du lac, 20/25min à pieds du centre. Pas d'eau chaude le soir (deux nuits). Chasse d'eau qui fuit, alerté, pas de réparation. Petit déjeuné mal géré: les personnes en salle s'affaire à nettoyer le comptoir quand pratiquement tout manque, que ce soit le pain dans la panière que le sucré, et je ne parle même pas du salé. Très mauvaise gestion avec la cuisine. Personne sympathique quoiqu'il arrive.

Petit déjeuner frais, très bien. Un plus pour la vue sur le lac. Chambre correcte, La baignoire dans la salle de bain ne permet pas un accès facile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La robinetterie est mal fixée. Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Il manque une rampe d'accès à la piscine, pour la même raison que la salle de bains.
