Stunning villa in the heart of the Aix countryside, less than 4 km from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence. <br>A modern 160 m² villa in a very quiet neighborhood on a 2,500 m² lot. You’ll love the 12x4 swimming pool and the panoramic view from the rooftop terrace.<br>The 50 m² living room opens onto the garden. The kitchen leads directly onto a 35 m² terrace.<br>The master bedroom on the first floor features an adjoining shower area and sinks.<br>Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.<br>Please note that our villa shares a common wall with a neighboring property, but this is not noticeable at all. The living areas of the two homes are located directly opposite each other.
