Very convenient and comfortable stay in Aix. The room is compact but thoughtfully designed and has everything you need. The mini kitchen was especially useful for preparing simple breakfast. The amenities are practical and well maintained. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the old town, making it easy to explore while staying in a quieter area.

Bedroom is not clean! We like the amenities and the well decorated lobby and bedrooms. But the bedroom wasn’t clean, no soap, just 1 towel, they didn’t cleaned the bedroom during the 3 days. We told about for the missing items but no response until we had to go to the receptionist to request it again for 3 rd time. The staff at the lobby just speak French. Need also maintenance at the hallway of the Bedroom, has one damage wall with holes that gave us a bad impression.

A very nicely presented hotel about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Aix-en-Provence and about 5 minutes from the railway station. The hotel was very clean and the room was a good size, with cooking facilities and a fridge. There are plenty of parking spaces, with lots in an underground secure parking garage. Breakfast has a good range of items available that are kept topped-up by the staff. Not a huge breakfast that you might get in a resort hotel, but fresh and something for everyone to start the day.
