Cancelled my booking with no explanation a few hours before check-in, after confirming my stay the night before. I booked 2 months ago! I was stranded on my way to the accomodation with no other vacancy to stay in Aix en Provence, had to skip the whole location on my holiday. The booking management website VRBO said they would help find accomodation and pay for it, but they never responded to me after I gave them my details. A scam, do not stay here!

Nicht wie beschrieben

Wir haben uns arrangiert, der Vermieter hat uns immerhin noch Bettücher für unsere eigene Matratze zur Verfügung gestellt da es in dem „Studio“ nur EIN Schlafsofabett gibt. Die Beschreibung stimmt nicht. Es handelt sich um ein sehr einfach ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Küchennische und spartanischer Geschirrausstattung. Kühlschrank funktioniert, ist sehr alt aber sauber. Das Badezimmer ist schön und groß aber es muss in der Badewanne geduscht werden, ohne Duschvorhang. Der Boden wird nass. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände, wie in der Beschreibung. Dafür möchte der Vermieter extra 20€. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum beträgt etwa 25 Minuten. Es eignet sich für max. 2Personen, die auf einem Sofabed schlafen.

Jardin en travaux, volet électrique cassé ( nous devions passer à quatre pattes sous le volet pour prendre l'air sur le balcon), clim cassée, obligé de dormir fenêtre ouverte ( moustiques... ) Draps tachés...Et réveillé au petit matin. Odeur dans la salle de bain. Logement vieillot méritant un bon coup de rafraîchissement

Un séjour agréable et reposant

Le duplex est situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme d'Aix, à 5 minutes du centre ville à pied, en particulier du parc Jourdan et à 5 minutes en voiture de l'autoroute. Le bien est très bien équipé et agréable

personne à l'accueil, ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ, propriétaire charmant par ailleurs, vu plus tard.Pas de clim comme annoncée mais un ventilateur. Vaisselle minimaliste, matelas un peu inconfortable pour mes 75 ans. Positif studio agréable, au calme, belle terrasse, pas très loin du centre ville.Facile de se garer. Commerçants pas très loin. Avec quelques petites améliorations serait parfait.

Très bien

Petit studio confortable. Très belle salle de bains. Il y fait chaud mais un ventilateur est à disposition, et fort utile ; les nuits d'été, on peut aérer et rafraîchir la pièce en ouvrant les fenêtres, ce qui permet de faire un petit courant d'air. Le lave linge est un indéniable + ainsi que la très agréable terrasse. Quartier calme, on rejoint le centre d'Aix en 15 minutes à pied par de jolies petites rues.

La maison est en travaux. Le volet roulant est casse impossible de l ouvrir.

La maison n est pas louable en l état. Contrôlez vous les lieux avant de les accepter sur votre site? Maison en travaux Volet roulant casse État des lieux limite Logement au bout d un chemin dans aucune lumière quand vous rentrez le soir. Ne devrait pas être louable avant que les travaux de remise en état soient faits

Bon séjour

L’appartement était propre, bien situé, dans un environnement calme. La procédure de remise des clés simple. Étant donné la météo très chaude, le propriétaire avait eu la bonne idée de mettre le ventilateur en fonctionnement avant notre arrivée. Super !
