WARNING this Hotel are Awful and nasty to deal with! My wife and I had definitely cancelled our booking through Wotif but they still swept our credit card. When we question the charge we got a very aggressive message saying, and I quote "you were a NO SHOW". No "your trip is coming up and we look forward to seeing you", no we are about to charge your credit card" like other online platform. JUST A SNEAKY SWEEP without any warning. We were very pleased with our stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although like most hotels it provided a winter thickness duvee which was too hot for a mild September. The location is perfect, very central in Aix yet very quiet. One minor area for improvement would be to provide ground decaf coffee in the breakfast room. It's very easy to do these days, you can even provide a coffee bag if your coffee machine can't cope with decaf beans as well. Overall, really an excellent stay.

The room and hotel were very basic, but a good value for the money. The bed was a little hard, but everything else was good. The wifi was great. Parking is adjacent to the hotel. The location is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a solid 3 star hotel.

Beautiful and very old. So convenient to the dining and shopping. Only problem was it was very hot the days we were here. The A/C was not working well. The second night they were able to provide us with a fan though. Would highly recommend for the location. Parking was nearby as well.
