The breakfast had a large variety of very good options and a pleasant sitting area. It was clean and well stocked. Our room was fabulous, a junior suite so it was large, light and airy and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, a nice large tub and shower. The cleanliness was maintained throughout our visit which we appreciated. The help getting tickets and taxis and information at the front desk was also very good. I would say some booklets about current activities in town might be helpful, something to look through to see what music and special events are happening in town. They had little booklets at the tourist office though not everyone goes to the tourist office and the hotel desk personnel may not be familiar with all the things going on. We had a wonderful visit all in all and the help over email prior to our visit as well as the friendly and thorough service during our visit made for a comfortable stay! Thank you to all!

This lovely hotel is located steps from the regional train station, but it’s still a wonderful area. So convenient to the Fontaine de la Rotonde with all its cafés, shopping, tourist information and on specific days, the open markets. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is spotless, the shower is beautiful and easy to use. A terrific bed to come home to after a day wandering Aix-en-Provence. I would definitely return here and will be recommending it to others.

I had a lovely stay at the Cézanne. I had travelled from UK by Eurostar and TGV— the bus station was a10 minute walk away as are the museums, restaurants etc— great position. The breakfast was very varied and generous and you could eat it in the secluded terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was beautifully clean. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Hotel is conveniently situated close to major attractions, staff is extremely helpful and accommodating to all requests, including setting up a place on the terrace where we enjoyed lunch made of the produce from the local market. Shops are within the 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Air conditioner controls where a bit quirky but we managed it.

This was our second stay at the Cezanne and when we go back to Aix it will be where we reserve. The location is ideal and the staff enormously helpful. Cannot think of where else we would want to stay.

Check in wasnt ready for us at 3.00 as suppsed yo. We saw a mouse running in the dining area. The overhead shower wasnt initially working. One of the reading lights wasnt working either. The vip complimentary drink, we adked to change for water bottles, it took a while to have the staff to accept to change from alchoolic to water.
