Elegant Aix country house located 5 km from the city center, and benefiting from a magnificent swimming pool and a 1 ha garden, including a wonderful park shaded by hundred-year-old trees bringing a real freshness in the middle of summer.
The 450m2 bastide:
On the first floor: an entrance, a large fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a large dining room, a large living room with fireplace (90m2) opening onto an interior courtyard housing a delightful terrace shaded by a trellis
Upstairs: five large bedrooms (160cm beds) with high ceilings. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms, as well as toilets, except one. On the second floor: a large master suite, in open-space including a bedroom bed of 160 cm and 2 extra beds of 90cm, an office, a double dressing room, a full bathroom.
