I spent five nights here during my first-ever trip to the south of France. The best features of this property are its host, Jean-Jacques, its proximity to a bus stop, and its shower! (Poor water pressure can always ruin a vacation). Unfortunately, the temperature was in the high nineties during my visit and there is no air conditioning. There is a fan
it was a bit helpful. The pool was also a nice amenity with the heat. The neighbors were all friendly and I felt quite safe at all hours. Had I not been alone, it would have been an ideal place to entertain friends. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, eating, drinking, and plenty of outdoor eating space. If you like to cook and prefer staying away from the hustle of the city center, you’d like this place!

Lovely place and lots of space.

We lacked for nothing. We were able to cook at home. The rooms were large and we had everything we needed. Also the host was close by and responsive to all of our needs. The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s much better.

Private Provence Place

This little place was just what we needed for out outings in Aix en Provence. we came home exhausted every night and poured a glass of wine then relaxed in a beautiful setting. The outdoor patios were serene and very private. You would not know you were attached to a much larger complex. Our host was so nice.

A peaceful oasis on the edge of beautiful Aix en Provence

We would thoroughly recommend a stay here. The apartment was perfect for us. Lots of space for two people and very well equipped. The highlight was the outside space. In addition to the garden there was a terrace with seating and a covered area for outside dining so we spent a lot of time relaxing there. It’s more than a 15 minute walk into the centre of town but the local bus service was very good and there is a stop less than 5 minutes from the apartment (see La Metropole MobilitĂ© app). Finally, Jean Jacques was the perfect host. We will be back!

A pretty house with a beautiful garden in a residential park, 10 minutes from the center of AIX. Calm surroundings, great facilities like parking, swimming pool etc. We had a wonderful 5 days and the owner Jean Jacques was responsive, pleasant and welcoming.Highly recommended!!

Paradies mit kleinen Fehlern

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Schöner Blick in den Garten und ein sehr angenehmer Tisch fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Möglichkeiten zum draußensitzen auf dem Rasen. Ruhige Umgebung. Allerdings ab spĂ€tem Nachmittag sind viele MĂŒcken unterwegs! Das Bad brĂ€uchte eine grĂŒndliche Reinigung! Die Kopfkissen sind etwas klumpig, die Bettdecke sehr schwer und zu warm. Die Matratze ist sehr gut. Der Park in der NĂ€he mit dem Weg zum BĂ€cker und die Bushaltestelle direkt an der Anlage sind weitere Vorteile.

Pleasant and well equipped

Our stay was very pleasant. Mr. Baron was very kind and easy to reach. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, as well as the garden. The location is very good and Aix is a nice city.

Tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage die Besichtigung von Aix und AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung

Ein angenehmer Empfang durch unseren lieben Gastgeber Jean-Jacques - alles war bestens arrangiert und sehr unkompliziert - obwohl wir kein französisch sprechen. Eine sehr schöne und praktische Unterkunft, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Ein kurzer und schöner Fußweg durch den Park in die Stadt, die so viel zu bieten hat. Und eine sehr gute Lage um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, den Pool zu nutzen. Vielen Dank and Jean-Jacques, wir werden die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Superbe emplacement au calme avec son jardin sans vis-à-vis. Nous avons pu profiter de ce bel appartement trÚs bien équipé avec lit bébé et bac à sable pour notre petit. C'était comme si nous étions chez nous. La piscine était quasi à nous, la plupart des habitants étaient en vacances ailleurs. Merci encore pour l'accueil.
